O R D E R Finding the defendant's Ex-Parte Motion to cancel today's hearing to be well taken, the same is hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, today's hearing on the plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Admit Amended Complaint is hereby cancelled and reset on September 24, 1987 at 9:30 in the morning.
