O R D E R There being no objection to respondents' Motion To Defer Decision On Omnibus Motion Pending Resolution Of Motion To Implead The PCGG As Party-Respondent, dated April 30, 1987, the same is hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, petitioners are hereby directed to implead the Presidential Commission on Good Government as party-respondent by filing an Amended Complaint thereto, within ten (10) days from receipt of this Order.
