[SEC CASE NO. 3136. July 22, 1987.] ALFREDO MENDOZA, ET AL. , petitioners , vs . JUANITO CABRAL, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R When this case was called today for pre-trial, only petitioners and their counsel appeared despite due notice to the counsel for the respondents. However, in the Order dated June 25, 1987, both counsels were directed to notify their clients of the aforementioned date and time of the pre-trial. After a brief manifestation, counsel for the petitioners moved that the respondents be declared in default for failure to appear. IaHSCc Finding the aforesaid motion to be well taken, the same is hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, the respondents are hereby declared in default.
