O R D E R By agreement of the parties, a Committee is hereby created to call a members meeting for the purpose of electing the board of directors and officers of Malinta Bagbagin Novaliches Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., for the year 1987-1988, to be composed of the following: cCaIET Atty. Herminio Ruiz, Chairman Mr. Jacinto Mendoza, member/representative of the petitioners Mr. Alfredo Espiritu, member/representative of the petitioners Mr. Jesus Perez, member/representative of the petitioners Mr. Simeon Casimiro, member/representative of the respondents Mr. Serapio de Lina, member/representative of the respondents Mr. Jose Antonio, member/representative of the respondents The Committee is hereby directed to perform the following functions effective immediately, to wit: 1. To determine the members entitled to vote; 2. To schedule the date of the election; 3. To act as the board of canvassers during the elections; 4. To proclaim the winning candidates; Further, the said Committee is likewise directed to submit the list of members of the association qualified to vote with this Commission one week before the scheduled election.
