IMELDA MANALAYSAY PILAPIL-GEILING, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Upon consideration of petitioners' opposition to August 19, 1987 resetting and motion for hearing officer to voluntarily inhibit himself from hearing the case, the Commission resolves to deny petitioners' motion to inhibit hearing officer but grant the cancellation of August 19, 1987, to hereby resetting said hearing to August 13, 1987 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
