O R D E R The issues having been joined, let this case be, as it is hereby set for Preliminary Conference Hearing on July 13, 1987 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the 3rd Floor of SEC Bldg., EDSA, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. The parties as well as their counsel are hereby directed to be present and be prepared for all the aspects of preliminary conference pursuant to Rule VIII of the New Rules of Procedure in the Securities and Exchange Commission. Both counsels are hereby further directed to notify their clients of the aforementioned date, time and place of the preliminary conference and of assuring that their clients either appear personally or to deliver to counsel a written authority for them to represent their respective clients with the power to compromise the case, and with a warning that a party who fails to do so may be non-suited or considered as in default under Section 3 of Rule VIII of the New Rules of Procedure of the Commission.
