[SEC CASE NO. 3110. September 16, 1987.] NORBERTO C. DILAN , petitioner , vs . MANUEL V. REALDA, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Upon agreement of the parties, who jointly manifested that they are still negotiating for an amicable settlement, today's hearing is hereby cancelled and further proceedings is hereby suspended for a period of twenty (20) days.
