[SEC CASE NO. 3110. September 3, 1987.] ROBERTO C. DILAN , petitioner , vs . MANUEL V. REALDA, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R At the last hearing of this case, both parties agreed on the suspension of proceedings to give them ample time to work out an amicable settlement. However, since then, up to the present, the parties have not informed this Hearing Officer the status of the amicable settlement. The parties, as well as their respective counsel are hereby directed to appear before this Hearing Officer on September 16, 1987, at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon, for the continuation of the hearing of this case if amicable settlement is no longer possible.
