Petitioner's Motion To Order Tenants To Deposit Rentals with the Commission and the Opposition thereto, and; 2. Motion For Intervention filed by spouses Juanito Dy and Bella Dy and the comment thereto. DTIcSH Acting on the petitioner's motion and after going over the arguments adduced by the parties in their pleadings, and finding the said motion to be well-taken, the same is hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, during the pendency of this case, the tenants mentioned in the aforesaid motion who are presently leasing the commercial and residential lots and buildings of the partnership are hereby ordered to deposit their rentals with the Commission. cTACIa Anent the motion for intervention and the comment thereto, we find the said motion to be without merit.
