Rey Cantilang, Sebastian Leng, Rogelio Anzures, Francisco Catena, Jose de la Cruz, Pastor Castro, Go Seng Tek, Chua Kim Ha, Danilo Yu, Ms. Mila Labnao, Rosita Tejada, Rosie Perete and N.I. Balboa Trading or the duly authorized representative, are hereby directed to appear before this Hearing Officer on September 28, 1987 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon and to show cause why they should not be cited for contempt for their failure to comply with the subpoena duces tecum previously issued. Upon verbal motion of counsel for the petitioner, let a subpoena duces tecum be issued to the aforementioned persons to appear, testify and bring with them the contract of lease and all receipts of rental payments at the continuation of the hearing of this case on September 28, 1987 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
