[SEC CASE NO. 3097. September 3, 1987.] PERPETUAL SAVINGS BANK (Formerly Perpetual Savings & Loan Association, Inc.) , petitioner , vs . STRONGHOLD INSURANCE CORP. , respondent . O R D E R Acting on the oral motion of petitioner's counsel to consider the respondent to have waived the right to complete the cross-examination of Atty. Generoso Molera for its failure to appear in the hearing of August 21, 1987, and finding that the respondent was duly notified of the above-mentioned setting as shown by the return of our service, the oral motion of the counsel for the petitioner to consider the respondents to have waived its right to complete the cross-examination of petitioner's first witness, Atty. Generoso Molera, should be, as it is hereby, GRANTED. Let the continuation of the hearing in the above-entitled case be, as it is hereby, set on September 14, 1987 at 9:30 in the morning. SO ORDERED.
