[SEC CASE NO. 3087. September 4, 1987.] GERMAN C. TOBIAS , petitioner , vs . MERLITO O. LEBIOS , respondent . O R D E R Acting on petitioner's "Motion For Reconsideration" dated June 15, 1987 this Commission finds the grounds and/or arguments relied upon by movant to be nothing but a mere rehash of all the allegations in his petition as well as the arguments contained in his memorandum, all of which had been thoroughly and carefully considered by this Commission in denying earlier petitioner's application for a writ of injunction. In view thereof, the said motion for reconsideration should be, as it is hereby denied for lack of merit. SO ORDERED. (SGD.) BERNARDO T. ESPEJO Hearing Officer
