[SEC CASE NO. 3082. July 13, 1987.] ZOILO S. SORIANO, et al. , complainants , vs . ROLANDO S. CASTILLO, et al. , respondents . O R D E R Submitted for resolution is the motion for reconsideration filed by the respondents as well as the opposition thereto by the complainants. After going over the arguments adduced by the parties, we find no justifiable reason to warrant the reversal of the decision sought to be reconsidered.
