[SEC CASE NO. 3078. July 16, 1987.] KING TIN, ET AL. , petitioners , vs . GENERAL PLYWOOD & VENEER CORP. , respondent . O R D E R In view of the confirmation of the Board of Directors of respondent corporation on the claim of petitioners that the late Ngo Giok Heng, at the time of his death, owned 1,255 shares in respondent General Plywood & Veneer Corporation, such confirmation have put to rest the controversy involved in the instant case. PREMISES CONSIDERED, respondent General Plywood & Veneer Corporation is hereby ordered to issue the corresponding stock certificates in the name of the petitioners as joint owners pro indiviso within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof, after which, the instant case shall be deemed dismissed.
