[SEC CASE NO. 3077. September 8, 1987.] SPOUSES ANTONIO M. MARCO AND CHRISTINE B. MARCO , petitioners , vs . LEONARD S. GAYAO, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R For consideration is the respondents' motion for reconsideration of the Order dated June 30, 1987, admitting the amended petition. Petitioners, through counsel, oppose the said motion on the ground that Manilabank must be impleaded in order that the case can be resolved with finality. In order that complete relief may be accorded those who are already parties to the case, let Manilabanking Corp, Central Bank receiver be, as it has been impleaded party respondent to the instant case.
