[SEC CASE NO. 3024. August 31, 1987.] ATILLA ARKIN , complainant , vs . FRANKWELL ENTERPRISES, LTD., ("Frankwell") ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Upon thorough consideration of respondents' Urgent Motion For Reconsideration dated August 6, 1987, as well as complainant's written opposition thereto, the Commission resolves to DENY said motion, for lack of merit. WHEREFORE, respondents are hereby ordered to file their formal offer of exhibits within five (5) days from receipt of this order, and a similar period of five (5) days for petitioner to file his comment/objection thereto and from receipt thereof. The parties, after receipt of the ruling of the Commission on formal offer, shall have five (5) days within which to file simultaneously their memoranda, after which the case would be deemed submitted for decision.
