[SEC CASE NO. 3024. July 16, 1987.] ATILLA ARKIN , complainant , vs . FRANKWELL ENTERPRISES LTD., ("Frankwell"), ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R When the case was called for today's hearing only petitioner's counsel appeared while counsel for respondents failed to appear despite due notice. Thereupon, said counsel orally moved for declaration of waiver on the part of respondents to further present their evidence, which motion was granted by the Commission at the same time directing respondents to make their formal offer of exhibits within ten (10) days from today, and a similar period of ten (10) days upon receipt thereof, for petitioner's counsel to file his comments and/or objections thereto. The parties, after receipt of the ruling of the Commission on formal offer of exhibits of respondents, shall have ten (10) days to file simultaneously their memoranda, after which the case would be deemed submitted for decision.
