O R D E R Upon thorough consideration of respondents' Formal Offer Of Evidence, dated December 9, 1987, as well as complainant's written comments/objections thereto, the Commission resolved to admit respondents' exhibits "1" up to "4-C", inclusive, for purposes for which they are presented. Accordingly, the Affidavit of Joy C.Y. Fong is not admitted considering that the same was not identified and the affiant was not subjected to cross-examination.
