URBAN DEVELOPMENT BANK, ET AL. , oppositors . O R D E R Acting upon the "Second Motion for Reconsideration" filed by Reynolds Philippine Corporation, through counsel, which seeks to reconsider the Order of this Commission dated October 24, 1986, which is just a mere clarification of the dispositive portion of its previous Order dated June 23, 1986, and it appearing that the grounds alleged therein are exactly the same grounds alleged in its first motion for reconsideration and considering that said "Second Motion for Reconsideration" is considered pro-forma, the same should be, as it is hereby, DENIED.
