URBAN DEVELOPMENT BANK , oppositor . O R D E R As prayed for and as agreed upon by the parties, Reynolds Philippine Corporation (Reyphil) is hereby directed to furnish the Rehabilitation Receiver a list of the 203 creditors of Reyphil on or before July 27, 1987, and the Rehabilitation Receiver is likewise directed to give all the 203 creditors copy of the proposed Rehabilitation Plan for Reyphil on or before August 20, 1987. The parties as well as all the creditors are given a period of up to September 14, 1987 within which to file their comment and/or opposition to the aforesaid Rehabilitation Plan. In the meantime, today's creditors' meeting is hereby cancelled and reset to September 25, 1987 at 2:30 o'clock in the afternoon at the 3rd Floor, SEC Bldg., EDSA, Greenhills, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.
