[SEC CASE NO. 3002. July 20, 1987.] IN RE: PETITION WITH APPOINTMENT OF REHABILITATION RECEIVER FOR REYNOLDS PHILIPPINE CORPORATION PURSUANT TO P.D. 902-A, AS AMENDED, CITIBANK, N.A. ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Submitted for resolution in the above-entitled case are the Motions for Reconsideration filed by Reynolds International, Inc. and Reynolds Philippine Corporation dated June 26, 1987 and July 2, 1987, respectively, seeking to reconsider the Order of this Commission dated June 24, 1987 which directs Carlos J. Valdes & Co. to re-assume its position as Rehabilitation Receiver for Reynolds Philippine Corporation. The Commission, after consideration of all the arguments as contained in all the pleadings filed by the parties, finds no justifiable reason to warrant the reversal of the Order sought to be reconsidered.
