Lara, Jr., as counsel for the respondents is hereby NOTED. TcDAHS Anent the respondents opposition to the admission of the amended complaint, considering that no responsive pleading has yet been filed, the said amendment is allowed as a matter of right. Accordingly, complainants amended complaint should be, as it is hereby ADMITTED. CHDAEc As prayed for, counsel for the respondents is hereby granted an extension of thirty (30) days from November 24, 1987 or until December 23, 1987 within which to file his answer.
