O R D E R In view of the attributed delay in examination of the books of accounts and other accounting records of Vivelya Development Co. due to the alleged uncooperative attitude and refusal of the respondent corporation to furnish the necessary document for examination pursuant to the Order of this Commission dated May 26, 1987, respondents are hereby given five (5) days from receipt of this Order within which to submit an explanation/comment on the Letter of N.C.
