[SEC CASE NO. 2963. November 17, 1987.] IAKI MENDEZONA , petitioner , vs . HILDA PUTH, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R As manifested by the counsel for the respondents Hilda Puth and Vicky Ysasi during the last hearing that counsel will submit only a written opposition to the petitioner's application for injunction instead of presenting testimonial and/or documentary evidence. However, up to this date, no pleading or written opposition has been filed with the Commission. TIaDHE IN VIEW THEREOF, the above-mentioned respondents are hereby given seven (7) days from receipt hereof within which to submit their written opposition.
