O R D E R In an Order dated March 4, 1987, the Commission directed the Rehabilitation Receivers to submit their report and recommendation within sixty (60) days from receipt of said Order with the understanding that their failure to submit the same shall be a ground for the dismissal of the instant petition. HCSAIa On May 26, 1987, the Rehabilitation Receivers, upon motion of counsel for the petitioner were given another extension of forty-five (45) days from May 4, 1987 within which to submit their report and recommendation with a warning that their failure to submit the same shall be a ground for the dismissal of this case. To date, however, the Rehabilitation Receivers have not filed said report and recommendation despite the lapse of the period within which to file the same. IN VIEW OF ALL THE FOREGOING, and considering the failure of the Rehabilitation Receivers to comply with the Order dated May 26, 1987, the above-entitled case should be, as it is hereby, DISMISSED.
