[SEC CASE NO. 2926. August 13, 1987.] RODOLFO SALAZAR, ET AL. , petitioners , vs . JAIME "JIM" FERNANDEZ, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R When this case was called for hearing last March 20, 1987, only counsel for the petitioners and his witness appeared despite due notice to the counsel for the respondents. Thereupon, after a brief manifestation, counsel for the petitioners presented testimonial evidence for the purpose of proving damages and attorneys fees. Thereafter, said counsel reiterated his position to adopt the previous exhibits offered during the hearing on the preliminary injunction. CASTDI Considering that petitioners' exhibits had already been previously admitted, let the petitioners' prayer for damages and attorneys fees be considered submitted for resolution. SO ORDERED.
