O R D E R By agreement of the parties as well as, the manifestation dated July 21, 1987 filed by counsel for respondents, the Commission hereby sets the election of officers of Monumento Polo Drivers Association, Inc., on September 12, 1987 at its principal office at Monumento, Lapulapu corner Samson Streets (Near Gotesco Bldg.) Caloocan City, at 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with the following members entitled to vote (hereto attached as Annex "A"). HIAcCD In connection therewith, the following representatives of the Commission are hereby authorized to supervise said election to wit: 1. Atty. James Abugan 2. Atty. Juanito B. Members qualified to vote and be voted upon shall immediately be informed by written notices by the Election Committee, at least five (5) days before the actual election date. Proxies shall be submitted to Election Committee one (1) day before actual election for validation purposes.
