[SEC CASE NO. 2852. September 9, 1987.] CESAR E. LEAO, ET AL. , petitioners , vs . MELITON TOLENTINO, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R As per conference with the Election Committee members the following election guidelines had been agreed upon, to wit: EaSCAH 1. Renato I. Amada is substituted in place of Cesar Leao; 2. No proxy's are allowed as per provision of the corporate by-laws; 3. Martin San Andres is included in the voter's list; 4. The Chairman of Election Committee shall render to the Commission a written accounting of election expenses within five (5) days after the date of election.
