O R D E R During the hearing on July 10, 1987, Atty. Felipe G. Capulong failed to show up despite receipt by his office of a subpoena requiring him to appear and testify in the above-entitled case. Counsel for the respondent then moved that Atty. Capulong be ordered to show cause and explain why he should not be cited for contempt which motion was granted. ACCORDINGLY, Atty. Felipe G.
