[SEC CASE NO. 2817. July 14, 1987.] ALFONSO V. RAMOS (for and on behalf of AVSL Garments, Inc., and AVSL Philippines, Inc.) , petitioner , vs . ANGELITA V. SAN LUIS , respondent . O R D E R During the hearing on July 10, 1987, Atty. Felipe G. Capulong failed to show up despite receipt by his office of a subpoena requiring him to appear and testify in the above-entitled case. Counsel for the respondent then moved that Atty. Capulong be ordered to show cause and explain why he should not be cited for contempt which motion was granted. ACCORDINGLY, Atty. Felipe G. Capulong is hereby directed to show cause why he should not be cited for contempt for his failure to appear before this Commission on July 10, 1987. SO ORDERED. (SGD.) ROLANDO C.
