[SEC CASE NO. 2782. October 1, 1987.] JOSE LUIS CAMPOS , petitioner , vs . FRANCISCO J. CAMPOS, TRADING, INC. , respondent . O R D E R During the hearing held on September 25, 1987 at Iloilo City, both counsels agreed to suspend the proceedings of this case for at least one month for the parties particularly the petitioner to look for a prospective buyer of the assets of respondent corporation. The agreement is in pursuant with the previous arrangement of the parties to enter into a compromise agreement. However, should the efforts of the parties to settle the controversy fail, the continuation of presentation of evidence of the respondent will be tentatively set on October 29 and 30, 1987, both at 9:00 o'clock in the morning. To avoid any possible delay on said scheduled hearings, petitioner's counsel is hereby directed to assume the presence of his client to be presented by counsel for the respondent as hostile witness as previously requested by the latter in the last hearing.
