CYR ACADEMY, INC. , petitioner , vs . LYCEE D' ST. CYR INCORPORATED , respondent . O R D E R For resolution is a motion filed by respondent thru counsel, praying for the reconsideration of the Decision dated May 22, 1987. After a careful perusal of the allegations in the said motion and the opposition thereto, we find no cogent reason to disturb the findings in the instant petition.
