O R D E R Acting on the Motion for Reconsideration, filed by respondent, and the Manifestation, filed by petitioner, this Commission finds no cogent reason to reconsider its Order of July 23, 1985, for reason that there are no new matters raised in respondent's Motion for Reconsideration which were not previously considered. As a matter of fact, the regular courts, specifically RTC, Branch LV, Manila, has, as early as September 21, 1983, ruled that the subject matter at hand is within the jurisdiction of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
