[SEC CASE NO. 2740. September 29, 1987.] JIMMY C. CHUNG , complainant , vs . FIRST NATIONAL INVESTMENT CO., INC. , respondent . O R D E R Petitioner's "Urgent Motion For Continuance" dated September 28, 1987 is hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, the hearing set on September 28, 1987 is cancelled and reset to November 4, 1987 at 9:00 o'clock in the morning with the admonition that petitioner should either present his next witness or make a formal offer of evidence during the next hearing. caIDSH Meanwhile, petitioner is directed to make good its undertaking to furnish respondent xerox copy of its letter to the respondent dated November 22, 1984 and copies of all the documents and/or exhibits enumerated in the subpoena duces tecum dated August 6, 1987 all of which are now in petitioner's possession.
