O R D E R When this case was called for hearing on September 15, 1987, only counsel for the petitioner appeared despite due notice to the counsel for the respondent and his witness. Thereupon, after a brief manifestation and considering the several postponements of this case, counsel for the petitioner moved that the testimony of the witness be stricken out from the records and this case be considered submitted for decision on the basis of the evidence presented by the petitioner. Finding the aforesaid motion to be well-taken, the same is hereby GRANTED.
