BF HOMES, INC. , petitioner . O R D E R Before this Commission is an urgent motion filed by the spouses Edgardo P. Morales and Sailani S. Morales praying that an order be issued directing B.F. Homes, Inc. and/or Receiver to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale in favor of the movants and to effect the release of the pertinent Transfer Certificate of Title Registration. In view thereof, the Management Committee is hereby directed to take appropriate action on the said motion of the spouses Edgardo Morales and Sailani S. Morales, copy of which was furnished the Committee, pursuant to the order of the Commission dated July 23, 1985, enjoining it to coordinate with the proper authorities, including the Register of Deeds, and the Order dated September 5, 1986, approving the guidelines in all cases of the nature.
