[SEC CASE NO. 2675. October 13, 1987.] JOSEFINA M. BAYOT , petitioner , vs . EUGENIO JUAN GONZALEZ, WACK WACK CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION, WELBILT CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION and MS. GRACE BELVIS , respondents . O R D E R A Verified Motion for Preliminary Injunction with Prayer for the Issuance of an Ex-Parte Restraining Order dated October 12, 1987 having been filed with the Commission and it appearing that the said motion is sufficient in form and substance, let the hearing for the issuance of the writ of preliminary injunction be set on October 20, 1987 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the SEC Bldg., EDSA, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. SEDICa In the meantime, considering that the Court of Appeals had already lifted the restraining order enjoining further proceedings of this case, in its resolution dated November 25, 1986, and in order to preserve the status quo and so as not to render ineffective and nugatory any resolution that may be rendered in this case, a temporary restraining order is hereby issued effective for a period of twenty (20) days from issuance hereof, unless sooner lifted by this Commission enjoining respondents and other persons acting in behalf or pursuant to their orders: a) from preventing petitioner Josefina Bayot, and the occupants of Apartment No. 602 from using the elevator and other facilities of Wack Wack Apartment and from entering said unit; and b) from enforcing the resolution limiting the occupants of said unit to two (2) persons per bedroom. aEIcHA Let copy of this Order be furnished the respondents who are hereby directed to file their opposition thereto, within ten (10) days from receipt hereof.
