[SEC CASE NO. 2481. September 24, 1987.] FLORENCIO ALONZO , complainant , vs . CARLAVILLE SUBD., ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R When the case was called for today's hearing only counsel for petitioner appeared. Thereupon, Atty. Octavio M. Zayas made his manifestations, after which, counsel for petitioner stated that the signature of Modesta Ortiz appearing in the receipt copy be referred to the National Bureau of Investigation.
