[SEC CASE NO. 2220. December 23, 1987.] MARIA ROCIO LUMBRES , petitioner , vs . ISMAEL ANDAYA, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R The compliance dated October 5, 1987, filed by the petitioner and the President of Andaya Realty Corporation pursuant to the Writ of Execution dated September 9, 1987 as to the appointment of Atty. Francisco Parcon of Butuan City, as provisional director thereof is hereby confirmed. TAaHIE Likewise, the compliance dated October 9, 1987, filed by the President of the said corporation is hereby NOTED. In view thereof, the board of directors/stockholders through the President is hereby directed to convene a meeting within one (1) month from receipt of this Order, purposely to comply with the Decision of this Commission dated December 22, 1986, as well as the Writ of Execution dated September 9, 1987.
