SILVERIO, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Upon motion of counsel for the petitioners, seeking for a reconsideration of the Order dated July 15, 1987, dismissing the petition for failure to prosecute for an unreasonable length of time, the said motion is hereby GRANTED and the Order dated July 15, 1987, is hereby lifted insofar as the dismissal of the petition is concerned. cEAaIS However, as to the prayer for the consolidation of this case with SEC Case No. EB-024, the same is not legally feasible as this case is pending with this Hearing Officer while SEC Case No. EB-024 is with the Commission en banc.
