[SEC CASE NO. 2058. July 23, 1987.] J-S FINANCE CORPORATION , petitioner , vs . J FINANCE CORPORATION , respondent . O R D E R In view of the existence of a corporation registered under the name "Jupiter Investment Corp." which is confusingly similar to the corporate name which respondent corporation wants to adopt the request to use the name Jupiter Finance Corporation is hereby DENIED. TcSHaD Thus to avoid further delay from complying with this Commission's Writ of Execution dated November 20, 1986, requiring respondent to adopt a new corporate name, said respondent is directed to choose and adopt from the following corporate names, to wit: VISAYAS J CREDIT AND FINANCE, INC. BACOLOD J CREDIT INCORPORATED and to file with the Commission, within thirty (30) days from receipt of a copy of this ORDER, its amended articles of incorporation reflecting the adoption of a new name as had been directed in the above-mentioned Writ of Execution.
