O R D E R Acting upon the motion to allow substitution of petitioner Enrique M. Garcia in the above-entitled case, and finding the said motion to be well taken, the same is hereby GRANTED. HcACTE WHEREFORE, movants Roberta L.G. Garcia, Victor G. Garcia III, Ma. Teresa Garcia-Madriaga, Bernabe G.
