[SEC CASE NO. 2018. September 3, 1987.] BATAAN FINANCING CORP. , petitioner , vs . JOSE PICASO, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Filed with this Commission are: 1. Motion to require Sheriff to file written return of writ of execution; and 2. Motion to require respondent, Antonia Reyes, to sign the Certificate of Stocks in the name of the petitioner. CEDHTa Records of this case, however, show that the Intermediate Appellate Court, in the case entitled Antonia Reyes vs. Securities and Exchange Commission, et al., on July 23, 1986, issued a temporary restraining order the pertinent portion of which reads as follows: "In the meantime, so as not to render the present proceeding ineffectual, let a temporary restraining order be issued enjoining the defendants from enforcing the decision in SEC Case No. 2018 and writ of execution dated April 28, 1986, until otherwise ordered by the Court." This Hearing Officer is not aware of the status of the aforesaid temporary restraining order.
