O R D E R Respondents' "Urgent Motion for Postponement", dated August 31, 1987 is hereby granted with the admonition that whenever a party litigant makes a request for postponement he should state in the motion his date preferences. This will help facilitate the resetting and at the same time avoid further conflict of hearing dates among parties concerned.
