RE : Payment of Additional Fees Pursuant to Section 54 of the Revised Securities A c t For the privilege of doing business as a securities exchange and pursuant to Section 54 of the Revised Securities Act, the Manila International Futures Exchange, Inc. is hereby mandated to pay to the Commission an additional fee equivalent to one one-hundredth of one percentum (1/100 of 1%) of the commissions collected by the brokers from the contracts transacted in such Exchange during the preceding calendar year.
