November 16, 1987 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 18-87 TO : All Commodity Futures Commission Merchants/Futures Brokers/Floor Brokers/Pool Operators and Advisors SUBJECT : Submission of Transaction Report Sec. 23.2 of the Rules and Regulations Governing Commodity Futures Exchanges, Futures Commission Merchants, Floor Brokers, Commodity Futures Association, Commodity Pool Operators and Commodity Advisors In order to standardize the Daily Report of transactions in the local market as well as the Weekly Report of transactions on the foreign market, the above-mentioned registrant corporations are mandated to henceforth incorporate in their said reports to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission the following information: 1. Transaction Number 2. Delivery Month 3. Number of Lots 4. Unit Price 5. Type of Transaction a) Open Buy or Sell b) Liquidation Buy or Sell 6. Indicate whether transaction is for the account of Hedger or otherwise 7. Commodity Exchange, in case of foreign market 8. Reference date and number for opposite transactions, in case of liquidation Report of transaction in local market are to be submitted the following day and transaction on foreign market are prepared weekly to be submitted Monday of the following week.
