Manila International Futures Clearing House Commodity Futures Brokers/Merchant Commodity Pool Operators Commodity Trading Advisors Makati Stock Exchange Manila Stock Exchange Stock Broker/Dealer RE : Work Permit of Foreigners as Additional Requirement for Grant of License and Renewal Thereof Herein subject corporations/Partnerships are henceforth mandated to submit the work permits of foreigners connected in whatever official capacity therewith as additional requirement of this Commission for grant of license to operate the business and subsequent renewal thereof as well as renewal of license already issued.
