September 18, 1987 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15-87 TO : The Stock Exchanges RE : Publication of Application for Listing of Securities In order to give notice to the general public, you are hereby directed to henceforth include in your Rules for listing of securities the following requirement: Publication of the application for listing of securities once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
