August 31, 1987 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 12-87 Effective immediately, all commodity futures brokers/commission merchants are required to display in a conspicuous place in their office preferably in their bulletin boards where information, notices or materials of interest to investors are posted, the names of all its duly licensed Salesmen/Investment Consultants/Trading Advisors. Further, at the request of prospective investors/clients, commodity futures commission merchants/brokers are required to furnish copy of a list of such licensed associated persons. (SGD.) MONICO V.
