October 9, 1989 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-89 TO : Issuers of Treasury Shares of Stock RE : Payment of Filing Fee Considering that prior permit from this commission is required in cases where a corporation decides to reissue its treasury shares, it is hereby mandated that a filing fee of 1/10 of 1% of the total value of the treasury shares to be issued plus 1% legal research fee shall be assessed and collected from the issuing corporation before the corresponding permit is issued.
