July 11, 1989 SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07-89 TO : Commodity Futures Brokers/Merchants RE : Submission of Contracts For the purpose of determining compliance with existing laws, rules and regulations relative to the remittance and/or repatriation of dollars to and from the country, all Commodity Futures Brokers/Merchants are hereby required to submit to this Commission at least two (2) copies of the contract/s entered into by them with any foreign broker/s acting as agent/s or in any other similar capacity, of investors placing order at the MANILA INTERNATIONAL FUTURES EXCHANGE, INC. within ten (10) days from actual receipt of this Memo-Circular and within five (5) days from execution of any new contract.
